Jonathan Aronson

Managing Partner

Jonathan B. Aronson is the managing partner of the Aronson Law Firm.

Jonathan brings a wealth of litigation experience and a keen understanding of Florida civil procedure to his practice.  Jonathan has represented individuals, cruise lines, insurance companies, and corporations in civil litigation for over 29 years as both a defense and plaintiff attorney.

He has tried, mediated, arbitrated, or settled numerous million-dollar cases.

Jonathan has practiced law in Florida since 1984.

From 1988 until 2009, Jonathan Aronson was a founding partner of the firm Rodriguez & Aronson, P.A., which primarily represented insurance companies, shipowners and multinational corporations in defense of their claim.  Jonathan gained the unique perspective of understanding how shipowners, large corporations, and insurers evaluate claims and determine what monies, if any, to offer as well as how a case shall be defended.

In 2009 Jonathan took his legal experience and opened Aronson Law Firm with an emphasis on representing both passengers and crew members against shipowners.  Jonathan and his team represent clients locally and from all over the world who have been injured on a cruise ship or pleasure craft.

Jonathan Aronson also specializes in representing clients (either individuals or Home Health Agencies/Nurses Registries) who have been denied Long Term Care Insurance coverage.  Jonathan has been successful in obtaining monies owed by insurance companies and assisted clients when the insurance company denied a claim, short paid (paid too little), improperly denied benefits, or failed to restore a policy of insurance to their insureds.

Jonathan Aronson is admitted to practice before State and Federal Courts in Florida and is also admitted to practice in Texas.

Jonathan is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis (1980) and the University of Miami School of Law, Cum Laude (1984).
